With over 20 years of experience in facility management and hospitality services, Kim has honed her skills in various management capacities, focusing on mobilizations, training, HR, HSE, and client relations. Her comprehensive approach ensures the delivery of services and the implementation of efficient, cost-effective systems to fulfill the evolving needs of the organization and its clients. Kim’s hands-on management style involves direct interaction with clients and leading her team to maintain high standards in operational procedures, which are integral to the company’s success.
Kim’s educational background is as solid as her professional experience. She holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Alaska Fairbanks, a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, and an Associate of Applied Science in Architectural & Engineering Technology from the University of Alaska Anchorage.
Kim’s skill set is expansive and includes strong leadership, management, and project management abilities, complemented by her ServSafe Manager Certification and OSHA-30 Certificate. She is recognized for her outstanding contributions and has received prestigious accolades, such as the 2021 Spirit of Sodexo Award and the 2020 ConocoPhillips Supplier Recognition Award. Her commitment extends beyond her operational duties, as she actively participates in Sodexo Committees, serving as Chair for the Native American Aboriginal Council and as a previous member of the Indigenous Communities Executive Team.
