He holds a Certified Workers Compensation Professional credential from Michigan State University, a Bachelor of Science in Emergency Management from Arkansas Tech University, and has studied Fire Prevention and Safety Technology at Texas A&M University. His educational pursuits are supplemented by professional experience gained through his work as HSET Director at UIC Construction Services and HSE Manager at Ahtna Construction.

With a broad skill set encompassing incident investigation, behavioral safety, industrial fire safety, and root cause analysis, Corey is a recognized professional within the field. His certifications include a Board of Certified Safety Professionals CHST and his operational expertise covers a wide array of topics including demolition, remediation, vertical/civil construction, and Arctic pipeline systems. His extensive management experience covers a diverse portfolio of projects, emphasizing safety design, construction, operations, regulatory compliance, quality control, and emergency response.
